Pyramidal shaped ceiling units redirect portions of the incident sound energy into different directions. While redirection is not true diffusion, the pyramidal shape offers a moderate amount of acoustic control, preventing excessive harshness and flutter and providing more uniform sound distribution. RPG Pyramid has an offset center based on the geometric Golden Rule. This offset center provides both visual interest and better acoustic performance. Constructed of heavy, fiber reinforced gypsum, the RPG Pyramid offers superior acoustic performance over the lightweight gel-coat replicas provided by other manufacturers. An added benefit is the Class-A fire rating.

The FRG Pyramid is available in 1220 x 1220 and 600 x 600 sizes, in Class 0 fire rated Gypsum. Finished in textured white as standard, these units can also be supplied paint ready or in a RAL or BX colour of your choice. Custom sizes can be manufactured on request.
The Silent Pyramid is the same shape, available in 600 x 600 mm size. The finish is fabric over an absorbent fibre core. This gives added absorption over a standard 25mm panel.
