Performace:

The performance of the Absorbor varies with size and thickness. Thicker panels is effective lower in frequency.

RGS’s measurements below show the effect with different depths in a room with reverberant sound field.

However, thicker panels flushed mounted with the same total depth will always have a little higher effect. sound & acoustics also offers 150 mm thick panels on request. Such panels will absorb effectively down to the Schroeder frequency in almost all small rooms and give the needed performance for applications as studios, high-end hifi, etc. with the highest demands.
